Panel Manufacturing and Industrial Wiring
We design the panel, build it in our workshop, install it on site and hand it over fully labelled.
At Process Teknoloji we handle the design, assembly, installation and commissioning of electrical, automation and SCADA panels. We select every component that goes inside the panel, number every conductor end ourselves, and carry out the testing ourselves.
Why it matters: A panel's life depends less on the brand of its components than on choosing the right cable cross-section, leaving spare capacity in the trunking, and managing heat. A tightly packed panel runs without trouble the first year; in the third year it stops on the first hot day of summer.
Panel types we build
- LV main distribution panels — busbar systems with discrimination calculations completed
- Sub-distribution boards — distribution by section and by line
- MCC (motor control centres) — withdrawable or fixed type motor control panels
- Drive (inverter) panels — harmonics and thermal management calculated
- Pump and booster panels — duplex/triplex sequencing, dry-run protection
- Control and automation panels — with PLC, remote I/O and communication hardware
- Weighing panels — filling panels with indicator and load cell connections
- Generator transfer panels — automatic or manual changeover
Industrial electrical wiring
The panel is only one end of the job. We also build the factory's infrastructure wiring: pulling the main supply runs, cable tray and trunking systems, machine connections, lighting and socket circuits, earthing and equipotential bonding.
We are especially careful with heavy industry machine connections. Selecting the correct motor cable size, protecting the cable against mechanical strain, and tightening connection points to the correct torque in vibrating environments prevents the majority of faults that would otherwise appear later.

What we hand over
Every panel is delivered with an up-to-date wiring diagram hanging inside it, a terminal list, a make-and-model list of the components used, and the commissioning test records. Our aim is that a different technician arriving for maintenance five years later can solve the problem without ever calling us.
