When engineering assurance meets workshop discipline
Process Teknoloji provides engineering assurance in industrial automation and electrical panel systems. We build factory infrastructure wiring, production line automation and heavy industry machine connections with flawless workmanship.
With our Mersin-based team we are the solution partner of industrialists across the Çukurova region, above all in Mersin, Adana and the Tarsus Organised Industrial Zone. For the electrical infrastructure that is the heart of your facility, we build professional, long-lasting and safe systems to high standards.
What sets us apart is that we can do the whole job from a single hand: from the medium voltage switchgear to the transformer, from the main distribution panel to the motor control centre, from the PLC software to the SCADA screen, every link in the chain is the responsibility of the same team. That way the “this is not our job” gaps between two contractors never appear.
Three things we do not negotiate on
Safety of life
No panel leaves for site before earthing, discrimination, short-circuit withstand and protection coordination have been calculated. We do not reduce cable cross-sections to make a cheaper offer.
Traceability
Every conductor end numbered, every panel labelled, every commissioning documented. We leave behind a system the next technician can read, even if that technician is not us.
Staying on site
Handover is not the end of the job. After commissioning we remain a team you can call, one that knows your facility.
Transparent scope
What is included and what is excluded is written in the quotation. We do not produce surprise line items.
Hardware and software at the same table
In this sector the company that builds the panel and the one that writes the software are usually different, and when something goes wrong each points at the other. With us, process design, PLC software and SCADA software sit under the same roof as the team that builds the panel.
