What data we process

When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we process:

• Identity and contact details: full name, company name, phone number, email address
• Enquiry details: the content of your message and any photos, drawings or technical information you send

Purpose and legal basis

This data is processed to evaluate your enquiry, plan a site survey, prepare a quotation, contact you and carry out our business relationship.

The legal bases under KVKK art. 5/2 are that processing is directly related to concluding or performing a contract (c), necessary to fulfil our legal obligations (ç), and our legitimate interest provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f). In any other case we ask for your explicit consent.

How we collect it

Your data is collected when you contact us through channels such as phone, WhatsApp and email. This website has no forms for entering personal data.

Transfers

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except where required by law, and is not used for marketing. Our email service provider has limited access only as a technical infrastructure provider. Conversations on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. Data may be disclosed to authorised public bodies where the law requires it.

Retention

After your enquiry is concluded, your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised within a reasonable period, subject to retention periods set by law.

Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 you may apply to the data controller to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, deletion or destruction where the conditions are met, and notification of these actions to third parties
• object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis
• claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

Cookies

Apart from those required for the site to work, we use no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics tool that shares visitor behaviour with third parties. Fonts are served from our own server. The map on the contact page is shown via Google Maps, which can technically access your IP address.
