Power Systems
Grid connection, substation, power factor correction and standby power — the facility's energy backbone.
A facility's energy backbone rests on four things: converting the medium voltage taken from the grid, distributing it safely, preventing reactive power penalties, and keeping production running when the supply fails. All four fall within our scope.
Medium voltage and transformer substations
Installation of medium voltage switchgear, installation and commissioning of transformer substations. Assembly of pole-type or building-type substations, protection relay settings, earthing installation, and follow-up of the relevant distribution company procedures.

Power factor correction
The reactive energy penalty is the industrialist's quietest cost item; it goes unnoticed until it appears on the bill. We install power factor correction suited to the plant's load character, in six different types according to our customers' requirements:
- Shunt reactor correction — for facilities with capacitive loads
- Thyristor-switched correction — for rapidly changing loads, without contactor wear problems
- Drive-based correction — for inverter-heavy facilities
- Medium voltage referenced correction — where measurement is taken on the MV side
- Harmonic filtered correction — for facilities with high harmonic distortion
- Conventional correction — for stable and predictable load profiles
Choosing the right type: The plant's load must be analysed before buying a correction panel. Conventional correction installed without a harmonic measurement can end with the capacitors swelling within a year. We carry out that measurement during the survey.

Generators and transfer panels
We install Arken, Aksa and Teksan generators and their transfer panels. In an automatic transfer system we set up the generator starting when the mains fails, a synchronised or break-before-make return when the mains comes back, fuel and battery monitoring, and remote alarm notification.
- Generator placement, exhaust and ventilation connections
- Manufacture and installation of automatic/manual transfer panels
- Load prioritisation (separating critical loads)
- Fuel level, battery and running hour monitoring
- Remote status tracking over SCADA
